Judith Ford is a writer of fiction, non-fiction and poetry. She has taught creative writing to middle and high school students as well as a college-level course on turning personal experience into memoir or fiction. She has numerous publications in small press magazines. She is also a psychotherapist and educator, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. Ms. Ford is semi-retired from her therapy practice, offering classes, lectures and supervision about eating disorder treatment and prevention. She has limited her therapy practice in order to spend more time writing. She lives half-time in Milwaukee and half-time in Sheboygan County on the Lake Michigan shore with her husband and two dogs.
